Have a Great Saturday!!!!

Cooler temps and some clouds have returned, I can appreciate them after the past couple of weeks with so much heat!!!  You’d never know I was originally from Texas!!!
But today I just wanted to share a little beauty and a lot of wisdom and wish you a beautiful and very happy weekend!!

I'm glad you have some cooler weather, Sylvia. Here we're in the depths of winter (-4 and -5 degrees C) I suppose Northern Hemisphere inhabitants laugh at these temps! thanks for always visiting my blog and your kind words about our new pup. I can imagine how you miss Schnauzer Sam. He was a great dog. Have a wonderful weekend. Jo

Hi Sylvia, Yes, indeed, some clouds and cooler weather ... same here in Seattle ... it is wonderful like you said! Your photo looks great and I love those quotations. Especially the one by Ben Franklin! :-) Thank you for your kind comment on my blog. Wishing you a fine weekend!

A good post to start the weekend, Sylvia. I hope you're enjoying your cooler weather. The dogs say woof - we went for a little mountain hike this morning so they're tired!

What Can I Say?

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
